A daily phone call that makes sure your parent is okay.
Every morning we call your parent. They press 1 if they're fine, 2 if they'd like you to call, or 3 to leave you a message. If they don't answer, we try again — and then we alert the family. They install nothing; a landline is enough.
Start — $12.99/month per parent How it works
Landline, flip phone or smartphone. No app, no charger to forget.
They can ask for a call or leave a message. You can send a message that's read aloud tomorrow. They can stop calls any time by pressing 9.
Missed after retries? We call and email the people you choose, in the order you choose.
Connect to Muse and simply ask "Has Mom checked in?" or say "Tell Dad I'm visiting Sunday."
How it works
- Sign up and add your parent's first name, phone number and a call time.
- We place a short set-up call: your parent presses 1 to agree (or 9 to decline). Nothing starts without their yes.
- Daily at the chosen time: "Good morning, Margaret. Press 1 if you're doing fine today…"
- No answer? Two more tries 20 minutes apart, then the family is alerted by phone and email.
- Your parent can call the same number any time and press 1 to check in.

$12.99/month per parent — cancel any time. Not happy in the first 30 days? Full refund. Family members who receive alerts never pay.
Check-In Line is not a medical alert service and does not contact emergency services. It is a daily reassurance call with family escalation.
